Refund policy

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & “ANTI-TARNISH” CLARIFICATION

Certain products on our website are described as “Anti-Tarnish”.

For clarity:

  • “Anti-Tarnish” refers to a protective coating applied to reduce early oxidation and colour fading.

  • It does NOT mean permanent non-tarnishing.

  • It does NOT guarantee lifetime colour retention.

  • Colour longevity depends on usage, exposure, skin chemistry, storage, environmental conditions, and care.

All plated jewellery naturally experiences wear over time. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.

By purchasing from Amalfa, you acknowledge and understand this distinction.

RETURN POLICY

✅ Returns can be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.

✅ We have a strict policy that requires video proof of the product being opened at the time of unboxing.

✅ Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
✅ All products purchased under the clearance sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.


REFUND POLICY

💡 If you request a return, your refund will be initiated once we receive and quality check the product.

💡 For COD (Cash On Delivery) orders, please share your bank account details via email so we can transfer the refund directly.

💡 Refunds are typically processed within 7-8 working days after the product is picked up.

💡 Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days after verification.

  • Your Order ID

  • Your Full Name

  • Your Contact Information

  • Reason for return

  • Video proof of product opening

⚠️ Video proof is mandatory for returns of damaged products.
