- Our company adheres to a 10-day return policy, allowing customers ten days from the item's receipt to request a return/refund.
- We have a strict policy that requires “video proof” of the product being opened upon receiving the product order.
- Any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
- Refund Policy
- In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive and quality check the product.
- In the case of COD( Cash On Delivery ), please send us your bank details in the mail so that the refund amount can be sent directly to the bank account.
- It takes 7-8 working days to process the refund after the product pickup.
- Return Policy
- To raise a request for a return you can mail us at care@amalfa.in . The mail should include ( Order ID, Customer Name, Contact Info), the reason for returning the package, and video proof of the order being opened upon receiving.
- In case of any Damage product’s return,Mail along with video proof is mandatory.
- Once we receive the package, we will initiate the return/refund process, and you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method opted within ten business days.
